We stayed at Bella Vista for a weekend getaway. The one bedroom apartment was comfortable with twin beds in a separate room and a queen double in the main room. The kitchenette was well-appointed and the bathroom had a good-sized bath-shower. The motel is conveniently located on the state highway, close to the town center and the cycle way. A fantastic fish and chips shop/dairy and Monteith's brewery are within easy walking distance. The BBQ facilities and outdoor seating were perfect for enjoying warm evenings. The staff were friendly and even gave us chocolates to apologize for the noise from a neighboring party.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Very clean room, good breakfast and service.
The room was too small and not a lot of space for suitcase.

The hotel was conveniently located just outside the city centre, with easy access to major travel routes and close to two good restaurants. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the friendly staff provided helpful advice. Additionally, the parking was ample and the hotel was quiet, with very minimal traffic noise.
Nothing to mention.

The hotel's location was absolutely fantastic, with complimentary transport available to all the nearby attractions. Not only did I have easy access to the Monteiths Brewery, CDB, and cafes, but I could also explore the beautiful surrounding areas for hiking and leisure activities. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room amenities were top-notch, with a spacious sitting area, a dining table, and free Wi-Fi which was perfect for catching up on work or browsing the internet. The housekeeping service was impeccable, as the room was always clean and tidy, and the complimentary tea and coffee provided in the room was a nice touch. Had a great time staying in this motel during the xmas holiday. The staff was super friendly and welcomed us very warmly. We were pleasantly surprised to find two complementary bottles of water in the fridge, and a bag of coffee with a coffee machine. The motel was located in the heart of the town, which was great as we could easily walk to all the shops and restaurants. A nice garden view from our room was a bonus and we enjoyed sitting outside in the fresh air.
The town itself wasn't really our cup of tea. It lacked character and seemed a bit rundown, with some unsightly industrial areas.
